Clayton Lyon
Director Chair

Programme Leadership & Delivery

Over 30 years’ experience in construction, development, project management and financial oversight. Clayton has direct knowledge of Clock House Gardens and its remediation history, and has managed major construction programmes and negotiations with insurers and contractors, overseeing projects and budgets of up to £15 million.

Elizabeth Mcauliffe
Director

Legal Oversight & Strategy

Senior Associate in a London based Intellectual Property practice specialising in complex litigation and dispute resolution. A qualified solicitor with a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering, bringing strong analytical, technical and legal expertise. Liz has extensive experience working across international jurisdictions and managing complex legal matters.

Colin Mackrill Finance Director

Financial Governance & Oversight

Retired Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with more than 25 years of director level financial leadership experience. Colin provides independent financial governance, oversight of budgeting and reporting, and disciplined financial control during the remediation and insurance recovery process.

Stephen Rodrigues
Director

Surveying & Party Wall Expertise

Chartered Construction Manager (CIOB), Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) and Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Stephen has worked in the construction industry since 2013 and brings professional expertise in party wall matters, building surveying and construction related dispute resolution.

Together the board is committed to strengthening governance standards, improving transparency, and ensuring that decisions affecting Clock House Gardens are made with professionalism, accountability, and the long term interests of leaseholders in mind.
